"Limited edition" but still being sold new in 2022, how many copies is "limited"? Via bol.com they ask 150,- EUR for new one.

Edited 3 years agoThis is the same remaster that was released in 2014. The waveforms are compressed and mixed to exactly 0db, hence the older 80's pressings are hotter and sounds louder without compression, as the meter moves all the way up to +7db with a nice and lush sound. When that is said, I also like the sound of this remaster from 2014. The problem with this exact release is its picture on the vinyl. There is audible "swosh" sound when the stylus goes over these areas of the picture textures. You'll hear this especially in quiet ages and between songs, so it is there constantly. I'll try and wash this vinyl and see what happens, because it was delivered with some debris on it and the clear areas of the vinyl doesn't look good on some areas either, almost as it has been cracked during production, and a lot of "glue" marks. Also the edge on the vinyl is uneven. Mine was also packaged the wrong way with the B-side out.
