Edited one year agoThis. Sounds. Amazing. Maybe it's the music, maybe it's the mastering, maybe it's the pressing, maybe it's the whiskey. Whatever it is, never been unhappy listening to this copy. Wozzer.

This is my favorite pressing of this album. The other pressings are very close, but this one has the best sound, IMO. My copy was perfectly clean, no pops at all. Any other noises like clicks and whatnot, they are so mild as to almost not be there - close to a dead quiet pressing.
Lou's voice is locked in the center of the soundstage. Everything is easy to make out - every guitar pluck or strum, stark drum sounds. You'll understand every one of Lou's words (assuming you know American English). I wouldn't say Lou's voice sounded like he was in the room, but it's close, and his voice projects out of the center.
