George Michael – Listen Without Prejudice + MTV Unplugged

It's very frustrating that the other songs from the scrapped "Listen without prejudice, vol. 2" have not been included, even though they have not ed the demo stage, instead of including the MTV Unplugged and other later songs (such as the duet with Astrud Gilberto), which fit more for a reissue of "Older". Besides, it doesn't even have any detailed information about the songs on disc 3. This LWP 1 reissue is bitterly insufficient.

I got glue residue all over all discs. What a shame. Took me quite some effort to clean it up ( as I couldn't bring the box back to the shop (Fnac) as I bought it on holidays abroad). Sony needs some quality control.

They should send out replacement discs with the new Fantasy mix included (as on the 2 disc reissue, disc 2).

I apoligise for being really stupid, but where exactly is a code in the box? I cannot find it.

Anyone knows why I Can't Make You Love Me on the Unplugged is another take than the one broadcasted?

I'm not sure what to say about this edition. It's almost perfect, but then slips up with two rather big mistakes: the poor printing of the book and the Nile Rogers mix of Fantasy (on the listing and sales sticker) being absent on the CD.

The 'smart' book is part of the attraction with this package, but it has quite a big problem . . . The weak-coloured print for the main text in the book looks to me like a printing error (the alternative is a stupid designer, but design would have to be approved by others). Whatever the reason, to print the lyrics in a very light grey is ridiculous.

George Michael is a song writer renowned for his lyrics - to print the lyrics in what amounts to invisible ink is an insult to his work and to fans. It's a shame to goof up in such a way and then to let the product out to fans regardless. The company should have recalled the item and re-printed. [The very last page, where there is a page of whispy grey text, mixed up with dense black text is laughable.]

Part of me wants to say this is a good package, but the missing Nile Rodgers mix and the bodged printing of the book text lets it down. [If they say deadlines is an excuse, then extend the deadlines. A certain level of quality (legible text) has to be maintained, and it's against the Sales and Marketing Act to describe a product incorrectly.]

This is a bit confusing (or a rip off) because the box wrap says Fantasy (feat. Nile Rodgers) is track 11 of the 2nd disc and the song IS NOT THERE. I bought this boxset especially interested in the physical version of that song. I don't mind if you get it through a , Expensive and frustrating.

The Images No. 2/14 and 14/14 are wrong! These intems shown are not includet in this box set.

Very nice box set, a true quality package. The Unplugged album is already worth buying the whole set. Let's have a little FAITH that OLDER becomes the same treatment as soon as possible.
