Bob Marley & The Wailers – Rastaman Vibration

Simply amazing. I don’t have the 33 analogue productions to compare but this one is absolutely stunning.

Great release, but did anyone else notice some big differences with the album cover? With all my previous UHQR releases, the album covers included in the boxes were nice, thick and sturdy cardboard. The cover included with this release is much more thin and wavy and seemed rather cheap to me. Could be a trade-off for the textured finish though.

The real deal. Has all the improvements you want in 45rpm in trade for the hassle of losing album flow with 2 flips and 4 needle drops. Not life changing difference from the 33rpm UHQR but the bass on this will have you reaching for your chalice, increased clarity and natural sound. Thanks to Chad for making this happen.

I've listened to many differents pressing of this album, even UHQR and this is the one. The vocals are incredibly clear and detailed, right in my ears, while the bass is prefectly balanced: deep enough but never overpowering. My copy is pristine, I believe it makes a big difference.

Why is there no description the pressing or matrix info of the LP that originally came with this box?

I have a very modest setup with a AT-LP5X and Edifier S2000MKIII; this sounds excellent

A spacious, detailed, weighty remaster. The bonus track, although out of place, is excellent.

Not sure how there are mediocre ratings on this pressing.. it excellent.

Side two of RASTAMAN VIBRATION plays like a "best of", even though there's not a single song from this album on the LEGEND compilation. This 1976 pressing sounds really good, with deep, pure bass, detail to the instrumentation, and a robust, full-bodied soundstage. My copy plays nice and clean, with occasional faint surface noise.

I had to turn it up to really get some mileage out of it. It sounds a bit dead at low volumes. Cold. Plenty of clarity, though, and the vinyl is really quiet.
