Notes
"Yesshows" is the group's second live album and was released shortly after the appearance of "Drama". It comprises live performances ranging from the summer of 1976 to the ing tour for Tormato in 1978. The album’s release was supervised & mixed by bassist Chris Squire.
Yesshows was planned to be released in 1979, but was shelved until 1980 following disagreement from other band regarding Squire's choice of performances and the quality of his mixes. It was finally released in November 1980 as the final album before the group disbanded in early 1981.

I’ve heard and had other various US pressings of this album. This Japanese pressing is head and shoulders better sounding. Frankly, I never felt this collection was recorded very well, but this version sounds excellent. -

This is the best CD version, sonically, of Yesshows I've heard. It has the ooomph others lack.

One of the best sounding pressings (Original Japanese LP pressing), very quiet. I had a US pressing which was very noisy and much louder. The sleeve has too much acid in the cardboard cause stains are an overall issue. Funnily enough this has not been re released on SACD (as of June 2020), which I think should be.
(EDIT JULY 2020: if it´s going to be BRUTALLY BRICKWALLED Like the DRAMA SACD , THEN NO!!! PLEASE Mr- Isao Kikuchi , stop your killing of these dynamic albums)... so OK, the sound quality on Chris Squire's mix is not up to par to Eddy Offord´s but it´s not bad, it is just adequate-you can hear everything well- with good mixing decisions...If only for the inclusion of "Gates.." and "Ritual" this is a worthwhile set. -
I have this same version with "SACEM" on the label and all the rest looks identical but there is made in everywhere as per the note above, not . -
