Could anyone publish the matrix numbers please? Also needed for a comparison with 2022 version. Thx!

Impressive difference between streaming (CD quality Tidal) and this pressing. On various tracks, though not all, the vinyl remaster adds depth, expands the soundstage, extends the bass, and transforms the audio as if pulling it out of a sounding box (the digital version seems like this in comparison) and spreading it into an entire room.

In my listening experience, a very good vinyl mastering. Buy with confidence.

Here’s my set: Aliante One Zeta speakers, Audio Analogue Maestro Settanta Integrated Amplifier, Denon DP-47F turntable, Sumiko Blue Point Special Evo 3 MC cartridge, Eversolo DMP-A6 Streamer, all connected with quality Hi-fi cables.

The quality these guys delivered with their first LP is incrdible. Really glad I found a '97 press for a fair price at my local dealer! Definitely get one of the reissues, unless repressed frequently they won't stay cheap!

Just got this for a decent price, it’s my third Tosca album, already owned Dehli9 and JAC but was curious about their debut
Read some reviews online that didn’t make a lot of sense to me
Listening now and really glad I picked this up for a first album this is really something, from smooth downtempo to ambient
                I need more Tosca... 😉

The tracks differ from the 2015 & 2017 vinyl re-issues: "Buona Sarah" is 40 seconds longer, "Chocolate Elvis" 22 seconds longer, "Worksong" is 40 seconds shorter. The last track "Bonus Miles" was replaced with "Listen My Friend" (which is a slightly different edit of "Bonus Miles" coming from the same sample source). All the CD releases by now featured "Listen My Friend", too.

Can anybody compare this release to the 2015/2017 reissues? Have the tracks changed, were they remixed/remastered?

And does anybody know the source of the samples for "Bonus Miles"?

crackle on C2 of my copy. and a couple pops at the end of D1.....disappointing.

i have to say, after not listening to this album for years, that this release seems to have grown even better with time. initially would have given it 4 stars but compelled to give it 5 now.

also i think if you've ever wanted this on vinyl you should get it now, but don't know how many were pressed so don't know how long it will be around.

and as far as Guill's remark: i'd rather have 'listen my friend' than 'bonus miles' cause bonus miles wasn't part of the original release which was cd only.

and what's with omitting the other cd tracks? its not like there's not enough room for them here.
