Edited 2 years agoThis 2023 reissue by "Intermezzo" has the worst audio quality ever for this album!
TONS of noise reduction and automatic de-click filters were used that literally DESTROYED the drums and synthesizers (especially the two "Joyo can you hear" are completely ruined)...
Obviously due to the cleaning artifacts, all the fade-outs are shortened or even CUT, as for the transition from "V-i-s-i-t-o-r-s" to "Everybody now!"... I have no words!
And finally, the killing blow: there's a continuos "buzzing" hum in the background and the separation between left and right channels has been reduced almost completely, now the audio is basically mono!
The worst reissue of the album... and we're getting this audio released even in the "Limited edition" blue vinyl...
I don't know what to say anymore, this is simply expensive rubbish, like all the other recent Rockets reissues.
Don't buy it, avoid it at all costs, save your money for the original 1981 vinyl!
Even the 2004 bootleg by "Music for the peoeple" is much better than this, which says a lot! -
I got this CD. It contains 8 pages booklet and sounds well. -

well i gotta say this lp is freaky .. back in '81 everybody was doing mushrooms and this lp popped up and we all danced like idiots.. great grooves and funky bass lines Space theme throughout .. definately worth a listen .. gotta play the whole thing to appreciate the concept -
