Experiments in radio broadcasting were first carried out in February 1924 in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, later known as Yugoslavia. Radio Beograd officially commenced regular broadcasting on March 24th in 1929 and was interrupted when World War II began. On November 10th, 1945, broadcasting resumed. |
