Profile:	Formed in 1992 as a publishing arm for Sony Music. In December 1995, ATV Music Publishing was merged with SMP and renamed Sony / ATV Music Publishing. By then, the company became the second largest music publisher in the world. On February 10, 2021, Sony/ATV was rebranded back as Sony Music Publishing.
