Disc'Az

French label established in 1963 by Trans-Canada).

For production roles, use profile : Disques AZ.
SG prefix = Série Gémeaux and SG number to series.

For some activities it is just known as AZ (i.e. distribution and marketing). Although Disc'Az has acted as a distributor itself, marketing strategies changed over time, and the label has been handled via many other distributors, including: M10 (1998-1999).

The label was bought by the Musidisc group on June 29, 1984, which itself was bought by the Universal Music group in 1999.
