I'm sorry to hear that there were problems with the mailorder in the past. We currently are restructuring everything (also the mailorder is closed for the next couple of days) and hope to be back on track soon. Is this company closed down? Have been trying to regarding my order from five months ago, paid on Feb 17th 2021. No records, and no reply. All messages are now bouncing back.

Great label i recently discoverd one of their compilations (Dusty Ballroom Vol 2: Volume 2: Anyway You Wanta!) on a berlin flea market by accident. I'm really pleased i explored them... Awesome taste from a small label in the german countryside :)

Made several orders over the years - friendly emails from Reinhard (the boss), then after getting fobbed off with tales of illness and 'waiting for stock' -and my own illness- PayPal buyer protection elapsed, enquiries by email and facebook were completely ignored, and they essentially stole €88 or so off me. Thieves. That reminds me...meant to plaster fb with warnings also...
Agree with JeffWill50 - Dirk at Crypt is a gentleman - use them.

Might be a slow in shipping and don't answer your mail but we all why you want to buy from mail order in the first place. He has the lowest prices...!!!

I have gone through this once, but in the end i was happy, because i ordered so many records from the shop that i saved a lot of money compared if i would have bought those from local sellers.

+1...don't answer to mail and waiting for my parcel since 3 weeks..incredibly non-professionnal
