Charles O'Connell

Charles O'Connell (22 April 1900, Chicopee, Massachusetts — 1 September 1962, New York City) was an American record industry executive, conductor, recording supervisor, arranger, and orchestrator. He worked as head of the A&R department at Simon & Schuster, documenting the label's historic catalog: "Book of Symphony" (1934), "Opera" (1937), and "Overtures, Tone Poems & Other Orchestral Works" (1950).
