Swedish composer, conductor and arranger, born May 21, 1933 in Stockholm, died October 23, 1993 in Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

He was a conductor and composer. During his career he was the conductor for Helsingborg City Theatre Orchestra in Sweden, and director of Music at The Dramatic Theatre of Stockholm. He also teached at the National College of Musical Drama in Stockholm.

Ulf Björlin also made his name as a composer as well as arranging music, for instance his orchestral interpretations of National poet Evert Taube´s songs. In the 80´s he and his family moved to the USA where he became the conductor of the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra and the Palm Beach Symphony
