Phil Walden

(January 11, 1940 – April 23, 2006)
Alan Walden's brother. American record company executive, manager, producer, and songwriter.
Co-founder of Otis Redding from 1959 to 1967. He was also a member of NORML's board of directors during Capricorn's heyday as the home of southern rock in the 1970s.
