The New Banalists Orchestra

British performance group and experimental music ensemble, founded in 2011 by vocalist, pioneering post-punk musician and Rupert Goldsworthy. The New Banalists presented several artworks, such as The Politics of Envy banner at New York's Illuminated Metropolis Gallery, and issued a manifesto:

"TASTE IS A FORM OF PERSONAL CENSORSHIP.
DENY THE POLITICS OF ENVY
TECHNIQUE IS A REFUGE OF THE INSECURE
SHADOW WAR."

In 2011, they formed The New Balanists Orchestra and self-published a six-track Mammon mini-album via Bandcamp, mixed by Zodiac Youth
