Suzy Creamcheese

"Suzy Creamcheese" is an archetypal name that has grown into the Frank Zappa music culture, first coined on the back cover of Zappa's "Freak Out!" album in the speech bubble "Suzy Creamcheese, What's Got Into You?". Her 'groupie' letter, sent from her hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah, is also 'lovingly' included on the cover.

The role of Suzy Creamcheese was played by Pamela Zarubica on the later Zappa releases "We're Only In It For The Money" and "Uncle Meat". Zarubica introduced Gail Sloatman to Frank Zappa in 1966. She is also the "Pam" mentioned in John Mayall's recording "2401". A song about a 'day in the life' of activities Mayall witnessed during a stay in Zappa's Log Cabin address at 2401 Laurel Canyon Blvd. Zarubica lived at 8404 Kirkwood Drive, Laurel Canyon.
