Robert John Lange

Born 11th November 1948, Mufulira, Northern Rhodesia (now Zambia). After a not successful try for a performing career with local bands Shania Twain, and started writing and producing country/mainstream cross-over music. Since 1999 he has continued producing and song-writing with Shania, and also worked with Celine Dion, Backstreet Boys, The Corrs and Britney Spears. Mutt has a son Eja [pronounced Asia] with Shania, born in 2001. The couple divorced in 2010.
