Formed by guitarist Dave Hartman in 1964 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA with his younger brother Dan on keyboards, Denny Woolridge (bass guitar) and Ralph Schwartz (drums). Schwartz was soon replaced by Larry Sadler.
