Edited 5 years agoWhy this isn't more known to italo disco fans is beyond me!!!!! ---because this is so good! French production in italo disco style, sung in English, certainly a niche production and not the norm in . "Washington" has great female voice and lyrics, with a man saying Wassssshingggton every so often is a real nice addition to the song. Great beat, all around a very danceable song! B-side, "Devastating Girl" is also an excellent song, female vocals only and great beat. The lyrics are almost entirely in English with a VERY heavy accent and barely understandable. Such a weird and unique production, fits so well w/ italo disco music.
